RSVP HERE

The Venue

We're getting married at the Master Shipwright's House in Deptford, SE8. This magical Grade II listed house is tucked away in the cobbled backstreets of Deptford, with a lush garden that backs right onto the Thames. We feel very lucky to be able to have our wedding so close to home, and in a place which is so rich in history, creativity, and community spirit. You can find out more about the Shipwrights here. We can't wait to welcome you all to the house!

The Plan

We'll put up a more detailed schedule soon, but please arrive at 1pm for a 1.30pm start to our ceremony!

The first half of our wedding day will be alcohol free, and we'll open the bar in the early evening!

Food will be provided for you all throughout the day, you can find out more about this further down the page!

We'll be carrying on the party until 1am, so please plan to stay up dancing with us as late as you're able to!

Dress Code

The Bride & Groom will be wearing white! Every other colour is up for grabs, and we'd love to see as many colourful outfits as possible. The vibe is fancy, fun, comfortable.

Weather permitting, we'll be spending a lot of time outside on the grass, so plan your footwear accordingly, and bring a jacket for the evening time!

Food & Drink

There will be food and drink throughout the day! We'll be serving lunch & dinner, with plenty of snacks in-between, and, obviously, cake. As if we'd let you go hungry?!

The first half of our day will be alcohol free, and there will be an open bar in the evening.

Please fill out our RSVP form the top of the page to let us know your dietary requirements.

PHOTOS

We would love you to take plenty of photos of the day and share them with us! We'll have a bunch of communal disposable film cameras available for everyone to use, but you're welcome to bring your own cameras or just use your phones!

Please upload your photos to our drive folder here after the wedding (and put them in a folder with your name on so we know who to credit if we decide to use them for the gram)

Gifts

The cliche of your presence being the only gift we need applies here!

There is absolutely no expectation of gifts, but if you are so inclined, a donation to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated as we're planning a trip to South Korea and Japan next year. We're planning to donate 20% of any gifts to Mutual Aid in Gaza. Palestinian Liberation is a cause that is incredibly important to us, and we want to directly support people in Gaza who are desperately in need of funds for food, water, medical treatment, and/or evacuation costs.

You can donate to our fund here.

Where to Stay

For those of you travelling from outside of London, there are plenty of options in the local area when it comes to places to stay! We have a block booking code for The Clarendon Hotel between 11th and 13th July. If you would like to use this, please get in touch with them and quote the code '569455'.

The hotel can be reached on: 020 8318 4321

How to Get here

what3words///loaf.script.movies

For those of you coming from London, there are plenty of public transport options for you! The venue is a 10 minute walk from Deptford Station (National Rail), 20 minutes walk from Deptford Bridge (DLR), and 20 minutes walk from New Cross (Windrush Line). Bus routes 47, 188, & 199 stop at Sayes Court Estate, just 7 minutes walk from the venue.

There's safe bike storage available at the venue for those of you that want to cycle!

If you're coming from further afield, there is on street parking in the surrounding streets (no parking restrictions on a saturday) but since we can't guarantee that there will be spaces available so we'd strongly recommend arriving by taxi if public transport isn't an option for you!
